FULL STYLING- TIER 3
Venue confirmed, now the fun begins…
Once you have your venue confirmed, it is time to make it your own and that is where styling comes in. At Beatie Events we want to ensure that the aesthetics truly represent you as a couple and pull together your favourite styles in one cohesive vision.
Currently, our minimum investment for our styling design services starts at £3,000
FULL STYLING- TIER 3
Venue confirmed, now the fun begins…
After our initial conversation together, we would outline 3 style options, and mood board creations for you to choose from. Once your style is confirmed, Beatie Events will work from the mood board to create your dream venue, working alongside florists, and incorporating every aspect of your special day from Ceremony, Drinks reception to Wedding breakfast and Evening Reception. Once all styles and props are confirmed, we style the venue either the day prior or on the day and come the following day to dedress the venue, leaving you to enjoy your full wedding experience with little to no stress.
The cost for this service is a starting minimum spend of £1500
PROP HIRE WITH DELIVERY & SET UP- TIER 2

Should you be looking to keep costs down or have the time to style your wedding venue, tier 1 will be perfect for you. There is no minimum spend on props hired and pick up is available from Poppleton, York.

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
You should have full faith that your wedding you have been planning for years, is in trusted hands…
Booking our management service secures a dedicated Beatie Events wedding planner on-site for your celebration to manage suppliers and oversee setup and on the day coordination, because you shouldn’t have a single second of work or worry on your wedding day.
So what's included
Two weeks prior to your wedding we will arrange a call to run through your order of the day, obtain details of all your suppliers and answer any questions you may have.
We will then be on site the day prior for 2 hours to meet with suppliers, walk through the venue and assist with set up if required.
The day of your wedding, our coordination will arrive at your wedding venue 1 hour prior to your arrival and will coordinate the day through until after the first dance.
INVESTMENT: FROM £1500 FOR WEDDINGS OF UP TO 200 GUESTS.
FOR WEDDINGS WITH LARGER GUEST NUMBERS, THE SERVICE STARTS AT £2500.
